TAMPA, Fla. (WKRC/CNN Newsource) – Police shared a heartwarming story of an officer reuniting a dog with his owner seven years after he got lost.
Tampa police released bodycam footage showing the officer finding the dog wandering alone. The officer opened his patrol car door, and the friendly dog jumped in. The officer then took him to a vet to check for a microchip.
