TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A Cayman Airways flight sustained minor damage on Friday after it collided with a vehicle at Tampa International Airport.
According to a release by Cayman Airways Limited, flight KX200 arrived in Tampa from Grand Cayman and, shortly after landing, “made contact” with a vehicle on the ramp while it was being guided to its gate by ground crew including wing walkers.
The release said that the collision resulted in minor wingtip damage and the aircraft was removed from service so it could be assessed by TPA maintenance crews…
