Mobile home park tenants upset over lot fee hikes; DPBR is investigating

RIVERVIEW, Fla. — The beginning of the month means rent is due, but some mobile home park tenants in Riverview aren’t paying.

Residents at the Alafia Riverfront Mobile Home Park say the owner is breaking the law on lot fees and provide emails showing the state is now investigating.
