HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — A missing crew member was rescued by Florida deputies after she found herself dangling 16 feet in the air, trapped upside down by a rope.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) said that on December 7, port deputies were alerted that the woman had not returned to her ship the previous night.
