On a vacant lot in Tampa, authorities are piecing together the remnants of a man’s final moments, following the discovery of his body earlier today. The Tampa Police Department, responding to a call at approximately 11:00am, found the deceased male in the 2700 block of 18th Ave E, launching them into a death investigation, according to a statement on the City of Tampa website.
