BRADENTON, Fla. (WFLA) — A Citrus County woman was charged with the murder of a Bradenton man Thursday, detectives said.
The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office said the victim, a 54-year-old man, told deputies someone came up to his home on Chatum Light Run and shot him when he went to the door.

“Based on preliminary information, detectives believe this was a targeted incident and not a random act of violence,” the sheriff’s office said.
