Murderer who crashed semi-truck into Tampa nightclub sentenced for more charges

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — The man convicted of crashing a semi-truck into a group outside of a Tampa nightclub, killing one person, received several additional penalties for his crimes Monday.

Dylan Fogle was already sentenced earlier in December to life in prison for first-degree murder.

According to police, Fogle was escorted out of the Emperor’s Gentlemen’s Club in Tampa in 2024, after he acted inappropriately towards a dancer.
