Businesses, residents raise concerns over Tampa’s West River Build Project

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Phase four has begun for Tampa’s West River Build Project to connect communities along the Hillsborough River. Project leaders heard residents’ concerns during a public meeting Tuesday night.

Neighbors called the project aggressive and brought questions concerning construction.
