Seminole Heights Elementary students continue 31-year tradition, pledging to graduate high school

SEMINOLE HEIGHTS, Fla. — Seminole Heights Elementary School students walked 12 blocks, which was nearly a mile, to Hillsborough High School, symbolizing the 12 years it takes to graduate.

It’s a special tradition that was started by the school’s former counselor 31 years ago.
