TAMPA, Florida — A man in his late 30s is in stable but critical condition following a shooting early Saturday morning in Tampa, according to the Tampa Police Department. Officers responded to the 3000 block of Sanchez Street around 1:20 a.m. and found the victim with upper body trauma.
