LAKELAND, Fla. (WFLA) — A Tampa man was arrested after leading police on a pursuit and admitting there were drugs in his vehicle, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
An arrest report said 35-year-old Jerell Carr was driving his Toyota Corolla west on CR 540A and Highland Rise Drive in Lakeland when an FHP trooper pulled him over.
