Vera Muzzillo, the CEO of a Tampa,FL-based company, has been accused by two of her stepchildren of improperly diverting assets from a trust created for their benefit, including the purchase of a $9 million dollar vacation home on Martha’s Vineyard.
Greg Muzzillo Jr. and Barbara Muzzillo—two of Proforma founder Gregory Muzzillo Sr.‘s five children from a previous marriage—are demanding that Vera hand over control of the family trust and provide a complete accounting of its assets since its creation, according to a complaint filed Jan. 16 in Hillsborough County Circuit Court.
