The concept is targeting a February opening, with the team noting that final timing may shift slightly as construction wraps up, Ahmed Mansour told Business Debut. Byte will introduce what the owners describe as an elevated smash burger concept with a tightly focused menu, designed to deliver consistent quality and fast service. The Temple Terrace restaurant will mark the brand’s first location.

Byte is a fast-casual, counter-service restaurant with approximately 30 seats inside. The space is designed with a sleek, urban feel, featuring bar seating and high-end finishes intended to elevate the traditional quick-service experience.
“There’s no waitstaff, but we’re putting a lot of thought into the ambiance,” Ali Mansour told Business Debut. “We want it to feel premium while still being fast and approachable.”
