Chef John Fraser launched a prix fixe experience at Azure, the rooftop restaurant perched atop The Tampa EDITION. This family-style Mediterranean menu pulls from Fraser’s Greek roots and represents Azure’s first prix fixe concept.
Dinner kicks off with Pikilia. This starter course brings dips and small bites to share. Entrées range from Chicken Breast Avgolemono dressed with lemon and mint to Lamb Chops accompanied by green tahini.
