TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A man was arrested after fleeing a traffic stop via motorcycle on Saturday night, Florida Highway Patrol reports.
At 10:40 p.m., an FHP aircraft observed several motorcycles racing on Westshore Boulevard in Tampa.
