TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — County leaders gathered in Tampa Thursday morning to celebrate the Groundbreaking for affordable housing.
Rio Palma Apartments will be a 90-unit community off Causeway Boulevard, consisting of 16 one-bedroom, 50 two-bedroom, and 24 three-bedroom apartments.
According to Hillsborough County Officials, nine apartments will be set aside for formerly homeless individuals, and five of the units will be fully equipped for people with disabilities…
