TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Better Call Behnken is getting answers for a Hillsborough County couple who got stuck in red tape, unable to collect a state grant they were approved for to help prepare their home for the threat of hurricanes.
Roberto Torres Gonzalez and his wife, Margarita, went through the My Safe Florida Home Program, completed the upgrades but never received the $10,000 they were expecting.
