TAMPA, Fla. — Drivers who normally rely on North Habana Avenue for their daily commute will need to find a new route this week. Both the northbound and southbound lanes between West Saint Louis Street and West Saint John Street are currently locked down as city crews scramble to fix a major water main break.
The Tampa Water Department officially closed the thoroughfare on Tuesday morning to begin emergency repairs.
