CARROLLWOOD — The old Boston Market at 16215 N. Dale Mabry Highway recently began renovations and will soon become a Cook Out, a popular North Carolina-based fast food burger chain that is expanding nationwide by acquiring shuttered Boston Market locations.
Another former Boston Market, at 9595 Fourth St. N. in St. Petersburg, is also being converted. In Temple Terrace, at 5501 E. Fowler Ave., the first Florida location should open soon.
