HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. — An FHP trooper captured the moment a motorcyclist was thrown off his bike by a speeding driver attempting to pass him on I-4 in Hillsborough County.
It happened just before 7:20 p.m. Saturday on Interstate 4 near N Branch Forbes Road in Plant City.
