HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. – Hillsborough County is taking a direct swing at illegal dumping and neighborhood blight starting this Monday.
In a move to boost local property values and community health, the county’s Rapid Response team is heading to the Oak Valley and Fruit Bowl neighborhoods for a week-long, massive curbside cleanup.
