Six leases totaling about 78,000 square feet have been signed at 1 North Dale Mabry in Tampa’s North Mabry district, following the building’s November 2025 acquisition, as a $4 million upgrade program begins.
The leases include two renewals and expansions and four new tenants at the 260,000-square-foot Class-A office tower, where Enverra Real Estate Partners is making upgrades along the Dale Mabry and Interstate 275 corridor.
PCL Construction renewed and expanded to 20,977 square feet, while Marsh McLennan Agency increased its space to 18,008 square feet.
Manatt, Phelps & Phillips signed a 12,713-square-foot lease, Vault Risk Management took 12,772 square feet, Alvarez, Thompson & Smoak leased 8,557 square feet and Esthetica signed for 4,670 square feet…
