A Michigan woman is behind bars after deputies say she pulled a gun on a man during a heated argument in the Lower Keys.
The incident happened on May 20, 2026, at around 3:00 p.m. at a home on Circle Drive in the Bay Point neighborhood. The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene immediately after getting a call about a woman wielding a firearm.
According to authorities, 35-year-old Tesa Tamika Keith of Lowell, Michigan, was arguing with an adult male victim when she pointed a handgun at him. When deputies first questioned her, Keith denied having a weapon. However, she later changed her story and admitted to having a gun.
