PHOENIX (AZFamily) — One person is dead, and three others are critically hurt after a vehicle fleeing police rolled over in north Phoenix early Saturday morning.
Around 3 a.m., officers responded to a report of a person with a gun near 19th and Peoria avenues, according to the Phoenix Police Department. The person reportedly fled the scene and later rolled over near 7th and Dunlap avenues.
