MESA, Ariz. – An East Valley woman has been sentenced to 66 months in prison for exploiting Arizona’s Medicaid program. Diana Moore, 44, of Mesa was ordered this week by a judge to pay over $21 million in restitution to the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System for fraudulently billing the public service.
