This decision affirms the prior conclusion by the Yavapai County Superior Court, that the records, sealed entirely since 2016 at the Gallegos’ request, must be partially disclosed to the public. According to the Phoenix New Times, the couple had sought to maintain privacy over details pertaining to their minor child and financial matters, leading to a partial agreement for redactions, which the court only accepted in part.
