PHOENIX (AZFamily) – Authorities have identified the man who was shot and killed during a police situation this week in north Phoenix. Marion Joyner, 62, was killed after police responded to reports of a man armed with a gun inside a restaurant near Interstate 17 and Thunderbird Road on Wednesday.
