PHOENIX — The Phoenix City Council has agreed to enter into an agreement with a developer to transform a historic downtown building into a 14-story residential complex.
During Wednesday’s council meeting, city leaders signed off on a deal with Aardex LLC to redevelop a building located at 1 West Madison Street into 262 residential units. The project’s site is located between the Maricopa County Superior Court building and PHX Arena, formerly known as Footprint Center.
