PHOENIX — The City of Phoenix 2025 Inauguration Ceremony is happening this morning at the historic Orpheum Theatre.
Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego, as well as Vice Mayor Ann O’Brien, Councilwoman Debra Stark, Councilwoman Betty Guardado and Councilwoman Anna Hernandez will be sworn in at 10 a.m.
