TEMPE, AZ (AZFamily) — Part of an East Valley industrial center will need to be demolished after last week’s strong storm.
A contractor told Arizona’s Family on Monday that part of the industrial center near Kyrene and Baseline roads will have to be torn down after it was badly damaged by a microburst a week ago.
The microburst tore the roof off the building and sent debris flying into the parking lot, destroying some cars on property.
