TEMPE, Ariz. — A motorist managed to walk away uninjured after a guardrail installed along a Loop 101 on-ramp pierced through his vehicle.
On Dec. 6, state troopers were dispatched to a collision reported near University Drive and the Loop 101 in Tempe and discovered a guardrail that had impaled a truck.
