A 28-year-old man died Tuesday morning at the scene of a collision with light rail in the 4100 block of North Central Avenue, police said.
Mario Dircio-Castrejon was found by Phoenix officers about 5:05 a.m. Dec 30. after they responded to the collision near Central Avenue and Indian School Road.
