Attorney General Kris Mayes is cracking down on vape stores allegedly selling tobacco products to underage consumers, hitting a group of companies with three shops across the Valley, including Scottsdale, Chandler and Tempe.
Her office filed civil complaints against New York Smoke Shop LLC as well as a collective of Pro Source companies that includes Pro Source Supply LLC, Pro Source Vapes LLC, and Pro Source CBD LLC . Their ownership and management also were named in the suit.
