Harrison Ford to speak at ASU commencement for Class of 2026

TEMPE, AZ (AZFamily) — Harrison Ford will speak to Arizona State University’s undergraduate Class of 2026 at spring commencement, the university announced Thursday.

The 83-year-old actor, best known for his roles in the “Star Wars” and “Indiana Jones” franchises, will deliver the commencement address on May 11 at Mountain America Stadium.

ASU said Ford will also receive an honorary Doctor of Arts and Humane Letters degree. The university said his selection was tied in part to both his decades-long film career and his environmental advocacy work…
