PHOENIX — Authorities issued a SAFE Alert Monday afternoon for a missing 32-year-old man last seen in Tempe.
Dylan Kirby was last seen on foot in the area of Priest Drive and Baseline Road around 4:30 a.m. on Monday, according to authorities.
