TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – When Lori Johnson saw a light coming from her garage before work last week, she didn’t know what to expect — so she walked over to check it out.
“There was a guy and lady there, they were very nice and polite. They were like ‘I’m sorry, we just needed somewhere to charge our phone and needed somewhere to stay.’ I’m like ‘OK, well you can’t stay here,’” Johnson said.
Johnson said she and her family have rented the Toledo home on Woodmont Road for nearly four years. She said since day one, the garage door has never been able to fully close. Now, an ongoing frustration has turned into a safety concern…
