A pedestrian sustained serious injuries early Saturday morning when he was struck by a tractor-trailer that was aiming to avoid the man who was running in a South Toledo street.
Just after 4 a.m., a witness saw an unnamed man lying on Airport Highway near Thad Street wearing only boxer shorts, Toledo police said. The witness slowed down and drove around the man, who then got up and started yelling and chasing her vehicle, according to the police report.
