TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A section of Jefferson Avenue in downtown Toledo has reopened after the owner of Hotel Lorraine completed repairs to stabilize the building.
The city closed Jefferson Avenue between 11th and 12th streets more than a month ago after the building had numerous structural issues, including falling bricks.
