Thousands of pages of records from Cuyahoga County child-welfare officials could delay a key hearing next month in the capital-murder case against Darnell Jones.
Judge Michael Goulding granted a defense motion Wednesday to postpone for a second time an evidence-suppression hearing in Lucas County Common Pleas Court scheduled for July 24.
