TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A few units at Oakwood Townhomes and Villas on Dorr Street have been condemned following a health department inspection.
A spokesperson for the Toledo-Lucas County Health Department said inspectors found conditions that posed a significant health risk at the property.
Resident describes months of unresolved issues
Latyla Davis and her family signed a lease with Oakwood Townhomes and Villas in April 2025. Davis said problems were apparent from the start.
