A woman died in a fire in the central city Wednesday night, fire officials said.
Emergency crews responded to reports of a fire in the 2200 block of Hollywood Avenue just after 11 p.m. When they arrived, they found heavy fire conditions and began searching the home while battling the blaze, according to the Toledo Fire & Rescue Department.
