Two brothers convicted in the robbery and fatal shooting of a 16-year-old Toledo boy were sentenced Thursday to life in prison.
Lucas County Common Pleas Judge Lori Olender sentenced Diamani Lear, 23, to life in prison with eligibility for parole after 48 years, and Delveon Lear, 24, to life in prison with eligibility for parole after 36 years for the March 4, 2025, killing of Joseph Johnson.
