Habitat to break ground on 16-home development in Port Clinton

Habitat for Humanity of Ottawa County invites the community to celebrate the groundbreaking of the first four homes in its new Oakland Acres subdivision on at 10 a.m. Aug. 12. The ceremony will take place at 57, 75, 93 and 111 S. Faythe Drive in Port Clinton.

The milestone marks the beginning of Habitat for Humanity’s largest home development to date.

The four homes are the first phase of the 16-home Oakland Acres subdivision, an investment to grow workforce homeownership opportunities for local families and strengthen the community for years to come.
