Lucas County’s roundabout projects aren’t the only ones delayed this summer by utility relocation, but the Monroe County Road Commission isn’t as upset about the tardiness of its project at Jackman and Smith roads.
Perhaps that’s because completion there is likely to be a mere four weeks late, but it still means four more weeks of detours for affected traffic.
