A 77-year-old man was shot and killed Sunday in central Toledo, and a 29-year-old man has been charged with his murder, Toledo police said.
Officers responding to a check-the-safety call in the 3200 block of Glenwood Avenue about 12:45 p.m. found Dennis McGhee suffering from at least one gunshot wound, according to a police report. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
