TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Angelique Garcia says she paid Resurance LLC, an out-of-town contractor, $70,000 to repair her Point Place home after a 2023 tornado, but says the work remains unfinished and is falling apart.
Garcia’s home was one of dozens damaged when a tornado touched down in Point Place in 2023.
