A hearing to determine whether a juvenile charged in the Old West End Festival shooting should be tried in adult court will proceed as scheduled in mid-October.
Patricia Wardrop, the assistant Lucas County prosecutor who heads the juvenile division, said new discovery recently provided to the adult defendants in the case had not yet been sent to her, but she expected to receive it by week’s end.
