TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – E-bikes are becoming a common sight on local roads, and Rossford Police Chief Craig Ravill says his department is getting an earful from residents.
“Mainly complaining about kids darting out into traffic, not obeying traffic laws, not stopping at stop signs, things like that,” Ravill said.
