TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Prosecutors will be moving forward with a new trial for Joel Terry.
Terry, who was convicted of rape in 2019 but granted a new trial and released in 2025, is the first case taken by the Lucas County Integrity Unit which reviews convictions where concerns are raised.
