One of two men charged with an incident last year in which lasers were pointed at an Ohio State Highway Patrol airplane received probation Monday after pleading guilty to a lower charge.
The other had been scheduled to appear Wednesday afternoon in Lucas County Common Pleas Court, but that proceeding was postponed two weeks because his lawyer was delayed elsewhere.
